Scope
This policy applies to all operations of Iron Trade House including marine spare parts procurement, technical services, workshop operations and shipyard representation activities conducted from our offices in Istanbul, Hamburg and .
Management Responsibility
Senior management is responsible for establishing, communicating and reviewing this Quality Policy. All personnel are expected to understand and apply quality principles in their daily work. The Quality Policy is reviewed annually as part of our management review process.
